Project Scope

Automatic transfer of Toothbrush handle/skeleton from 2 no’s of horizontal Injection moulding machine (HIM) to 4 Vertical Injection moulding machine (VIM) without spillage.

  • ARi Designed & Developed complete turnkey solution consisting of 4 FANUC Robots with EOAT to manage 2 HIM & 4 VIM machines

  • Programming of robots for loading and unloading of toothbrush handle from machines

  • Specially designed EOAT with 24 vacuum/suction cups & Grippes ease the picking and placing of skeleton/handle from HIM machine to intermediary station and then to VIM. Further drop in output bins
