Large sized components take up lot of hoisting space thereby leading to usage of spreader beams to distribute weight and ensuring straight hoisting.

  • Spreader beam or box type design employed to reach the various lifting points on the component and provide straight hoisting chains 



  • Standard hoisting elements such as Yoke, Rud, Crosby, Pewag and Kito are used 



  • FEA analysis is performed to substantiate the design and certify the structural integrity of the beam structure 



  • Stress relieving, Crack test and load test performed and certified
