Design of Lifting Tackles for Complex Components

Project Scope

Design of Lifting tackles for complex components.

Business Challenges

Devising a lifting plan to ensure CoG point falls inline with lifting axis.

ARi’s Solutions

  • Ensuring positive locking is achieved on by fastening the lifting tackle to the component and offsetting the hoisting point inline with CoG point

  • Standard hoisting elements such as Yoke, Rud, Crosby, Pewag and Kito are used

  • FEA analysis is performed to substantiate the design and certify the structural integrity of the beam structure

  • Stress relieving, Crack test and load test performed and certified

ARi’s Value Proposition

Easy to handle design.
