  • Design new air intake and exhaust components compatible with a new turbocharger and aftercooler

  • Improve thermal efficiency and support increased air-fuel ratio for better engine performance

  • Designed steel outlet tubes and aluminum compressor inlet elbow to match new turbo configuration

  • Developed compressor outlet iron casting elbow and bellows to reduce turbo vibration impact

  • Engineered a new aftercooler cover integrating thermostat mounting for seamless compatibility

  • Conducted successful fit checks and released components for prototype engine testing
