Multiple movements of the V-blocks required in both X and Y direction to accommodate various sizes of components.

  • Fixture capable of housing more than 40 variants of the components for the machining on HMC

  • Adjustable V-block design can accommodate variation in component diameters and lengths

  • Extra support provided in between the v-block to improve the component rigidity during machining operation

  • Fixture design with zero clamping mechanism for easy loading and unloading on to the HMC


ARi’s Value Proposition
