A large heavy manufacturing OEM, specializing in off-road construction, mining and paving applications approached ARi to generate a 3D model from the existing live model to help with digital documentation.


Business Challenges

Customer needed the 3D model to be upgraded to current technology and to overcome current issues.


ARi’s Solutions


  • Scanned the live model and cross checked the live model with the available 2D drawings.

  • Investigated about the updated technology and cross checked the implementation of that in the current model.

  • Created digital 3D CAD model by using the Design Software.

  • Verified CAD models using 3D Deviation analysis and if necessary, models been updated.

  • Delivered final models and drawing with accuracy.
