Mechanical Agitation Enhancement – Agri Machinery Sector

Project Scope

ARi embarked on enhancing the existing solution tank system by developing a Mechanical Agitation feature.

Business Challenges

The current Agitation feature lacked operator control, operating solely based on system tank level intensity. Manual control for operators to customize the agitation process was absent.

ARi’s Solutions

In collaboration with the client, ARi introduced the groundbreaking “Mechanical Agitation” feature. This enhancement empowers operators with manual control, allowing them to adjust intensity levels based on specific requirements.

ARi’s Value Proposition

The integration of Mechanical Agitation represents a significant advancement in control and feasibility for end operators. ARi’s solution provides operators with:

  • Manual ON/OFF Control: Operators can now activate or deactivate the agitation feature manually.

  • Variable Intensity Levels: Different intensity levels offer precise control, enabling operators to tailor the agitation process to meet distinct demands.
