Business Challenges

The customer had a challenge in meeting high precision grinding/cutting & smoothening operations. Also, to ease the user settings with HMI.

  • Developed desired precision of 4200 microns corresponding to 42 millimeters of LVDT sensor stroke length.

  • Device is integrated with the PLC system relays via isolation channels

  • Fully automated and robust system.
