Dump Stop Snubbing for Compact Wheel Loader (CWL)

Project Scope

The scope of this is introducing new feature Dump stop snubbing to limit the tilt command when the machine is dumping.


Business Challenges

Integrate the dump stop snubbing feature and identify the dump angle to control the dumping operation.


ARi’s Solutions


  • Design and develop the model based on the requirements

  • Implemented the logic using Lift command, tilt command and tilt angle

  • Developed the FF logic FB logics to enable the Dump stop snubbing feature

  • when the machine is retracting, the tilt command is less than the dump stop region then we will limit the tilt command

  • Validated the model in MIL and HIL level
